The reason I get out of bed every morning is to inspire each and every individual in my team to be the best versions of themselves every day.
My role as Principal of LJ Hooker Kensington | Unley is not to sell more properties than the next person, it's not to win the top salesperson award, it's quite simply to make sure that the team is equipped with the best tools, processes, and support to achieve their personal and career goals and highly rewarded as a result.
Sitting on the ethics committee for REISA and the Admirals Advisory group for LJ Hooker international, my dream is to see the industry become highly respected and it's people greatly admired alongside other great pillars of our community.
