Richard Williams with a career over 30 years in Real Estate has sold approaching 2,000 homes in the Adelaide Hills and on the Adelaide Plains.

During his time in Real Estate he has sold homes for State Premiers, as well as leading sporting, medical and business identities. He has sold homes from a few hundred thousand dollars to over $2,000,000. Each home is as important, and all have a story to tell.

Richard has established himself as a real estate professional and prides himself with his professional approach to sales and marketing. He has developed cost effective way of using the internet as an effective marketing tool. Much of his success revolves around his professional approach, attention to detail and communication with vendors and buyers alike.

Richard is a Licensed Real Estate Manager, has a Marketing degree and during his career has owned and operative his own Real Estate Business, managed other real estate offices and been a highly successful sales person. He is currently Secretary of the Adelaide Hills Agriculture Bureau and plays social tennis once or twice a week. Richard and his wife Mignon, also a successful Real Estate agent, live on and operate an acreage property between Hahndorf and Echunga.
