Beginning his career in Real Estate some 32 years ago, Rino now boasts extensive experience in commercial property sales and management. His key areas of expertise are selling building contracts, new and established homes, businesses, Residential Management and Commercial & Industrial Leasing and Management.

Rino's attention to detail is second to none. Coupled with a strong understanding of Commercial Leases, the Retail and Commercial Leases Act and the Landlord and Tenant Act as it affects leases and negotiations, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.

As a founding member of the agency, Rino has years of experience acquiring Centres and adjoining properties and incorporating them into major Shopping Centre redevelopments, from small Neighbourhood Centres to major Regional Centres.

Rino takes great pleasure being actively involved in the day to day running of the agency and managing the many Retail and Commercial Properties under his control.
