Scott Gemmell entered real estate after 11 years as a police officer with the Queensland Police Service.
Within 18 months he was the manager of a Toowong-based Real Estate company that specialised in Project Marketing. In less than three years he purchased the business which had sold and managed some 750-plus projects worth over $1.5 billion.
In October 2009, Scott opened the new office in Indooroopilly and subsequently acquired the franchise for Project Marketing (Qld).
His experience with the Queensland Police Service has provided Scott with high-level negotiation skills, an outstanding level of communication and a professional determination that drives him to overcome all levels of adversity.
In recognition of his dedication to duty, he received various awards during his policing career but a highlight was being awarded the highest Honour within the police service, the Queensland Police Service Medal of Valour.
Scott achieved a 'Bronze Medal' representing the top 2% and won International Auctioneer of the year on three separate occasions.
