Starting as a Field Officer, Selma supported property managers by conducting routine inspections and assisting with day-to-day property management tasks. This hands-on role gave her a detailed understanding of property condition reporting, tenant communication, and the operational side of managing investment properties.

Now stepping into her role as a Junior Property Manager, Selma brings that same on-the-ground knowledge to every property she oversees. She prioritises clear communication, consistent inspections, and practical solutions that help protect landlords' investments while maintaining positive tenant relationships.
