Shane Kennett has been a valued member of the LJ Hooker Commercial South West Queensland team for 24 years, serving as a senior member of the Commercial/Industrial Sales & Leasing Division. With an extensive knowledge of the South West Queensland property market and a particular focus on the Surat Basin, Shane provides clients with a wealth of experience and industry expertise.
Shane commenced his property career with the Australian Government's Property Group in 1968. In 1981, he obtained his Real Estate Licence and transitioned into the private sector, working as a Commercial and Industrial Sales and Leasing Consultant.
Throughout his long and successful career in real estate, Shane has developed extensive experience across all aspects of commercial and industrial property, including sales, leasing and property advisory services. His experience also includes owning and operating his own real estate agency, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry from both an agency and client perspective.
