Originally coming from a background as a chef, he developed the ability to work under pressure, think on his feet and manage multiple priorities at once - skills that have translated directly into property management. Over time, he has built solid experience handling everything from complex tenancy matters and break lease situations to urgent maintenance, contractor coordination and day-to-day portfolio management.

Shannon has been directly involved in resolving real-world issues including emergency repairs, tenant disputes, lease negotiations and property compliance matters, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the industry beyond just the basics. He is confident liaising with owners, tenants and trades, ensuring matters are handled efficiently and with minimal disruption.
