Simon was very easy to deal with. He is not a high pressure salesman, which we appreciated. I had done a lot of research and asked Simon lots of questions. One of my tests was how he reacted to this and he was great. I even asked him to give some examples of his negotiating skills and he happily gave us 3 examples where he had worked hard for the seller. He kept in contact with us before listing and then during the open homes and dealing with the buyer. He was great.
