Having owned and lived in Collaroy, Newport and Avalon Beach, she has a genuine understanding of the lifestyle, neighbourhoods and property markets that make the area so desirable. With her children having attended primary school in Bayview, she is closely connected to the local community and understands the priorities of families living, buying and selling in the area.
For the past six years, Simone has focused primarily on the tightly held Bayview and Church Point property markets, developing extensive local knowledge and strong relationships throughout the area. Her experience also extends across the broader Northern Beaches, having successfully sold homes from Avalon Beach to North Manly. Before embarking on her real estate career, Simone spent more than a decade working in global financial markets.
