Stepfanie Heron brings nearly two decades of deep expertise and leadership in property management. Over her career she's driven high-performance teams across multiple offices and made substantial contributions at the national level within the LJ Hooker network.

She's widely recognised in the industry, not only for her operational vision but also for her mentorship: she was awarded REB Mentor of the Year in 2021 and she has also earned top honours in property management performance in both state and international forums.

Stepfanie's approach blends rigorous systems with open, respectful communication - a style that aligns strongly with our company values. She's equally at ease coaching teams, developing property management frameworks, or delivering strategic leadership.

In her current role, Stepfanie oversees property management operations for our Gladstone and Boyne Island / Tannum Sands agencies, ensuring consistent excellence and support across the region.
