With a highly successful career in residential Property Management spanning over 16 years, I have been fortunate enough to work with a range of boutique and internationally branded agencies. Effectively managing large portfolios provided me the opportunity to develop advanced skills and knowledge in most facets across the property management sector. Coaching others in applying my successful techniques and strategies for effective property management has now driven me to lead the team at LJ Hooker Coomera - Property Management Division.

 Career highlights include being awarded the QLD/NT Property Manager of the year for 2 consecutive years (2013 & 2014) and the International Property Manager of the Year (2014) and most recently REB Mentor of the Year (2021). As part of being recognised as the International Property Manager I undertook a research project in Dubai to better understand the Property Management sector in the United Arab Emirates. To experience different cultural aspects of my industry gave me a deeper respect as a result. My other accolades include being recognised as a finalist for the Westpac Best in Business Award (Individual Person category) and being published as an author in articles for the Residential Property Manager online and Elite Agent Magazine. 

 My passion and focus for a positive impact within the property management industry is one area where I emphasise that a strong department will always have a balance of management systems, easy to follow procedures and open and honest communication and respect between the leaders and their teams. 

Most recently,  my career led me to training, developing and growing departments for the LJ Hooker Network nationally.  Seeing this need in other companies, I wanted a deeper involvement at a more hands on level and so I have made my place at home within the LJ Hooker Coomera/Ormeau/Tamborine Mountain team. 

My mission is to develop our department in building solid foundations to create a harmonious workplace, strength in customer relations and equip the business for maximum growth and longevity.
