As Business Coordinator and Co-Owner of LJ Hooker Pinnacle Property, I play a hands-on role in the daily operations and long-term direction of our business. Working closely with my husband, Simon Parsons, I help lead our incredible team and ensure the business runs smoothly behind the scenes-supporting our people, our clients, and our brand with care and consistency.

I began my career in real estate almost 15 years ago and joined the LJ Hooker network just over 8 years ago, starting out on reception. From there, I progressed through a variety of roles across the business-including sales administration, property management administration, and later, working within the sales team as Executive Assistant to my husband, Simon. In that role, I focused heavily on marketing and preparing properties for market, which gave me a strong appreciation for the strategy and detail that go into delivering outstanding results. That broad experience has shaped the way I now approach my work in business operations and team leadership.

I've always had a love for property and interiors, and over the years Simon and I have renovated several homes and completed the build of our family home in 2019. That hands-on experience helps me connect with our clients on a personal level-I understand the joy, stress, and emotion that can come with making big property decisions.

Away from the business, life is wonderfully full with our two young daughters, Milla and Lucy, who are the absolute centre of our world. When I'm not chasing after the girls or keeping Simon in line, I enjoy working on interior design and gardening projects, catching up with family and friends, or relaxing with a quiet glass of wine and a good Netflix series in my PJs.
