His journey began as a qualified drafter, giving me a deep technical understanding of design and planning-skills that continue to inform his work in real estate today.

In addition to Terence's sales background, he has spent more than 5 years as a Geo Technician in the earthworks sector, gaining valuable insight into land quality, site preparation, and development feasibility.
