Tom Mackay can be summed up as highly competent, trustworthy and ethical. Came up with ideas of his own and was a calming influence thru what is a stressful time. Managed to lessen the pressure by responding in a very timely manner and by being physically present during building inspections , pest inspections if needed. He 'managed' us well thru the sales process and was a direct influence in getting us a price that exceeded his expectations... By being fair and ethical with the prospective buyers he sorted out the suspects and had clear prospects identified and targetetted. The fact that the buyer was also delighted with Tom's conduct and helpfulness was a real bonus that was directly reflected in the sales result. I think David should now retire and leave the business in Tom's hands.

I had had previous contact with Tom with my rental property and he was wonderful to me in those dealings so I had no hesitation in wanting Tom to sell my property. He also sold my mother's place and a friend of my mother's place and was an excellent agent so I knew I wanted Tom and no one else. Tom seemed to very knowledgeable with the procedure of selling real estate and was quick to adopt a selling plan after investigating our needs .
