She also holds a Certificate II in Business Administration and is known for her excellent communication and organisational skills. Now a Letting Officer, she uses her years of expertise to offer an impeccable level of service to landlords who seek her guidance and wisdom in managing their investment properties.

Having grown up from an ethnically diverse Asian background, Tia is able to relate to people from all walks of life. An owner of her own beauty salon and a homeowner as well, she's accustomed to the many intricacies and demands of managing an asset and conducting best practices in business.

Tia is fluent in Khmer and is an avid foodie who loves to travel, spend time with family and friends and watch her favourite Netflix show in her spare time.
