We were not disappointed. Leading up to the Auction, Tim kept us informed of all developments as he tirelessly worked on marketing the property, cultivating potential purchasers and liaising with our solicitors. Given his hard work and dedication, it was of no surprise that on Auction day there were more registered bidders than for any property auctioned on the Central Coast in recent years. Having purchased properties and attended auctions throughout the country, I can categorically say that Tim's skills as an auctioneer are unparalleled. He had an intimate knowledge of each bidder, having clearly developed very positive relationships with each one, which allowed him to communicate with all bidders and potential bidders in an honest and effective way throughout the Auction. When the bidding slowed down from time to time, Tim encouraged further enthusiastic bidding with what I can only describe as his own unique, humorous and charismatic style.
