I have been dealing with the team at LJ Hooker for many years , when it came to selling I did not hesitate having Unity to look after this matter for me. Unitys commitment, pride and excellence in communication made it a stressful free sale . I was always kept up-to-date on the sale and Unity was always available for any queries that may have arose. If I was selling again, I wouldn't hesitate to use Unity to assist.
Unity was very proactive and had a very good understanding and relevant overview of the real estate market locally. She assisted us with advice when unfavourable pest and building inspections came back, very professional and easy to deal with. I would recommend Unity and the sales team at LJ Hooker Sussex Inlet for selling or buying a property in that region
Unity was fantastic right from the appraisal to settlement. She had great knowledge of the area and market. Unity was always in communication with us through every step and made the process easy.
Unity and her team went above and beyond to make sure we got the best price and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Unity and hear team to anyone looking to sell.
Unity did an amazing job selling our house. Great, efficient communication. Her knowledge and guidance was always spot on. She goes the extra mile for her clients.
Unity was an absolute blessing during our recent sale in Sussex Inlet. She gave an honest appraisal, developed a sound strategy that helped exceed our expectations and her communication and advise throughout the process were outstanding. Being interstate and working through other family issues at the same time, I couldn't have wished for a better agent to help me navigate the sale.
Excellent knowledge of the area, very friendly and helpful with fantastic communication skills.
