Yossi Vagg joined the LJ Hooker Commercial Toowoomba & South West Queensland team as a Commercial Sales & Leasing Executive in April 2025, bringing a diverse property background spanning commercial real estate, property valuation and finance.

Prior to this, Yossi spent more than four years as a registered Property Valuer working throughout Toowoomba and South West Queensland. During this time, he gained extensive exposure to industrial, retail, rural and development assets, developing a strong understanding of property fundamentals, market evidence and the factors that ultimately drive value.

Yossi later moved into finance and mortgage broking, broadening his understanding of property transactions from the purchaser's perspective and gaining valuable insight into lending and finance structures.

Since joining LJ Hooker Commercial, Yossi has focused on commercial sales and leasing throughout Toowoomba and the broader South West Queensland region, working across industrial, office, retail and development property.

With a combination of local knowledge, valuation expertise, finance experience and commercial agency, Yossi brings perspective to every transaction, with a strong focus on straightforward advice and open communication.
