$11,000 more then expected

I enlisted Mark Worthington to sell my home. Within a week of the property being listed, we had our first open house and a couple of private inspections. By the end of that week we had received our first offer. The offer was for the amount that I was hoping for so I was willing to accept it. Mark advised not to and the next day he had two further offers - the amounts being higher than the first offer. He then negotiated even further and was able to sell my home for $11000 more than the amount I was first willing to accept. This is testament to his professionalism in achieving the best possible outcome in selling my home.
