After almost 5 years working in one of Hobart's highest performing real estate teams, you could say I have learnt the ins and outs of what makes a great sales agent.

As Operations Manager to Ant Manton's Rapid Response Unit, my role is basically whatever we make of it; from running the nitty gritty behind the scenes, to every agent's bread and butter of MANY calls, inspections, contract negotiations - I have done it all. With award winning months, quarters and years, record breaking sales, and having consistent top performer level numbers under my belt, it just shows our team is genuinely the cream of the crop - if you don't believe me, I only ask you to take a peek at our numbers; at the end of the day, RESULTS speak for themselves.

I am immensely proud of my body work, and the people I have met in it - the clients I have helped along the way, and the colleagues that are always there to get me over the line. The proudest achievements of my career have come from a smile on a clients face, or the joy in their voice - I simply don't need any more motivation than that.

I am also a normal human sometimes! I have a passion for music, and perform in my band BOCCE with some close school friends. You may also spot me going for a stroll on the beach with my partner Sophie and our grumpy little furball Cisco - for reference, he looks like a Corgi mixed with a Rottweiler; try that on for size. I also play soccer for the great University Bees - it seems my passion for winning results doesn't stop with making a sale!

All in all, I'm an extremely passionate young guy looking to make his mark in this turbulent industry, learning every day, and contributing to our team's shared goal: continuing to be Tasmania's BEST Real Estate team.
