We only have positive things to say about Ant. He was working with the vendor of the property we wanted to buy. It was a very long process of negotiations back and forth, and a few hiccups along the way, but Ant stayed very patient and friendly along the whole way. In the end we were successful in the negotiations and came to an agreement. Ant guided us through the contract phase and called to congratulate us when everything was finalised. He was not working for us, but for the vendor, but despite that we felt very comfortable with his guidance and would happily recommend Ant to anyone who is looking for an agent.
