At just 22 years of age, Carol Witheriff purchased her first property and renovated it herself, igniting a love of all aspects of real estate.


Prior to joining the LJ Hooker Kingscliff team in 2011, Carol managed private investment properties to amass a sizable private company portfolio. As a by-product of this experience, Carol has extensive knowledge in renovating and upgrading properties to take to market, & enjoys assisting clients in expediting this process through a trusted network of experienced tradespeople and service providers.


Since joining LJ Hooker Kingscliff, Carol has built up a diverse client base thanks to her enthusiasm, energy and integrity. Alongside her sales role, Carol has also served as the agency's Property Investment Manager for over 150 permanent properties in the Kingscliff & Casuarina areas. Although having only relocated to the Tweed Coast in 2011, Carol was born nearby on the Gold Coast and is a lifetime resident of the region. Over the course of her career she has gathered great insight into the local real estate market and amassed a diverse contact base in the Gold Coast and Tweed Coast regions, including council, government and business sectors.
