Born and raised on a wheat and sheep farm in Lake Grace, James has held onto the country values that continue to set him apart in the property industry. Honest communication, hard work and genuine care for people are at the centre of every relationship he builds with his clients.

With a calm and "can do" approach to any issues that arise, James aims to make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. After almost 7 years working as a licensed valuer throughout the South West - specialising in residential homes, duplex and triplex developments, and lifestyle properties - James made the decision to follow his passion for real estate and join LJ Hooker. Since making the move, he has built a reputation for his professionalism, market knowledge and ability to consistently deliver outstanding results for his clients.

Working within a high-performing and fast-paced team environment alongside Milan, with a strong focus on proactive buyer nurturing, strategic buyer matching and maintaining genuine long-term relationships, James understands the importance of teamwork in achieving exceptional outcomes. Supported by Amy as the team's dedicated PA, the team operates with a strong emphasis on communication, organisation and client care, ensuring every campaign runs seamlessly from listing through to settlement.
