Nic always strives to be an advocate and ally for each and every one of his clients. This philosophy has stayed with him throughout his professional life, and has only grown stronger since the start of his career at LJ Hooker. Nic has been involved in sales from a young age, and has experience dealing with customers at all levels. This has given him a unique perspective when interacting with clients and potential buyers, and highlighting the benefits that are most relevant to them.

As a practicing and award-winning auctioneer, Nic has further honed his skills in Real Estate sales, and has developed a comprehensive understanding of the auction process and how to use this to maximise a seller's results.

As a founding member of the CSIROs Liveability program, Nic is one of very few agents who not only understands the concepts around Liveability, but can also market these effectively and explain the benefits to buyers. If you have invested time and money into sustainable features in your home, make sure to talk to Nic about using this to maximise its value.

In 2017, Nic was inducted into LJ Hooker's Captain's Club, which identifies the top 15% of Real Estate salespeople worldwide. He attributes this to always putting his clients' needs first, and working hard to ensure their success. In the same year, he created a position within his team to look after his clients' experience from start to finish, and make sure that they are always looked after.

Having grown up in a variety of locations, including Switzerland, France, the Philippines and Australia, Nic has developed a well-rounded appreciation of different cultures, environments, languages and customs. In his spare time, Nic enjoys snowboarding and SCUBA diving (two largely incompatible hobbies that have sent him to opposite ends of the planet). He also plays and collects guitars. As a certified PADI Rescue Diver, Nic learned how to plan and execute rescue and recovery missions, and as an Underwater Naturalist he has a keen interest in the evolution, ecology and conservation of our coral reefs.
