My wife and I would recommend the services of Troy Tompson to anyone requiring this service as he comes across honest and trustworthy from the first time we met him and has definitely proven himself to be so. It has been a pleasure working with him. 

Contacted three agencies who advertised they were experts in our area. Troy Thompson was the quickest to follow up, kept his promises and presented as being very flexible and easy to work with. His commitment to his customer was why we went with Troy and LJ Hooker Gungahlin. Troy went above and beyond, he opened the house for anyone who wanted to see it outside of advertised times, was happy to help our tenant find new accommodation and even offered to help them move. He was hard working, honest, enthusiastic, always responsive and happy to help. I can't recommend Troy highly enough. 

This was our first home sale, Troy was fantastic throughout the whole process. We first met Troy at another property sale and what initially drew us to use Troy for the sale of our property is that we could see he was a very genuine and down to earth person. We had some other initial enquiries with different real estate agents, but found them to be pushy or not nice to deal with. Troy was the polar opposite, a real "breath of fresh air"! From the get-go Troy was always punctual for our open homes and did some mid-week and private inspections when required. He was ALWAYS contactable, open and honest about how the marketing campaign was proceeding and negotiated a price above our initial expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Troy Thompson to any of our friends looking to sell. And we hope to use his services again in the future. 

Troy has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and is the prime example of how a real estate agent should be. I honestly don't think anyone could be a better agent than him. Where do I start with his qualities. He always comes to us with any enquiries we have and also on his day off, he never hesitates to let us inspect the house (on a Sunday in his own personal time). He even mowed the lawn, fixed the gate and toilet seat on his day off. On settlement and exchange, he even bought us 2 bottles of champagne and a family voucher for a kids indoor entertainment playground. Troy has never been pushy or pressuring with any of the 3 properties we have inspected, but rather humble and patient. We really have appreciated Troy's service and part of the buying experience was made perfect with his help. Troy deserves to be promoted and is an absolute asset to the company. We have dealt with many real estate agents over the years and I must say that we have been rushed, pressured and made to feel uncomfortable, but this is not the case with Troy. Its like chalk and cheese when comparing Troy to all the other real estate agents. He stands above the rest.
