I'm Matt Blackford, and I help people buy and sell property across Collie and the South West. I was born and raised here and have spent most of my life involved in the community through sport, work, and local events. Before real estate, I spent 20 years as a heavy-duty mechanic in the mining industry. It taught me consistency, problem-solving, and the importance of doing things properly. If you say you'll do something, you follow through - and that mindset still guides how I work today.

I came into real estate through someone who knew me well and believed I'd connect with the people side of the industry. They were right - I genuinely enjoy the work, the relationships, and the responsibility that comes with helping people through such an important decision.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me keeping active, near the water, working on projects, or spending time with family and friends. This town has given me a lot, and being able to help people move forward within it is something I'm proud of.
