Melanie brings more than 20 years of experience across real estate, banking, finance and settlements, giving her a calm, practical approach to every property transaction.

Having worked alongside Matt for almost five years, she oversees much of the team's contract administration, compliance and transaction management. She helps buyers and sellers understand each stage of the process while ensuring everything runs smoothly from offer through to settlement.

For Melanie, real estate is all about people. She enjoys helping buyers find the right home and supporting sellers through important life changes, making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Outside of work, Melanie enjoys sport, gardening and spending time with her family.
