Paul has been heavily involved in maintaining the culture and well-being of the community, particularly as a long-time member of the Kingscliff Chamber of Commerce.

Property has been Paul's passion since the get-go, and he first set out on his journey by renovating holiday units in Cabarita before becoming an agent.

He purchased the existing LJ Hooker office in Kingscliff in 1990 and has grown the agency to a team of 13 across three divisions - sales, property management, and administration.

Paul's success is defined by his ability to provide quality service and his commitment to maximizing client's investments.

He understands the importance of building a positive team culture, and has trained over 30 trainees over the course of his career.
